In Service to Our Community and Beyond
Meals on the Go
Three days a week we mobilize community volunteers to deliver meals to seniors from Wynola to Shelter Valley. This program is a coordinated effort with Ramona Senior Center. To register to receive meals, call Ramona Senior Center (760-789-0440).

Disaster Recovery Teams
Every year members of our church join other United Methodists from across Southern California to help rebuild homes destroyed by tornadoes and hurricanes.
|
Bicycle Teams
Every year we host teams of young adults cycling across the United States to raise money for various causes. We provide a place to sleep, showers and a home cooked meal.

Mountain Manna
Next grocery distribution will be on December 18th at 8:00 am-10:30 am.
On the fourth Saturday of the month, we offer canned food, pasta, beans, rice, oatmeal, eggs, bread, meat and produce for free. Every month, we serve 100-150 households. We do require registration and disclosure of financial information but you can get food on your first visit before your registration is complete.
This ministry is possible because many community members volunteer and work alongside church members to sort and distribute the food. The cost of the food is covered by private donations, grants and partnerships with Feeding San Diego, San Diego Food Bank, Eben-Haezer Poultry Ranch, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints here in Julian. If you would like to support this ministry, please make checks payable to the church with "Mt Manna" in the memo. Send to: PO Box 460, Julian, 92036.
